The three of us met on another Low-Carb web site.  We became fast friends and decided that we wanted to make a new site for all versions of Low-Carbers to feel welcome and find support.

Jeannie foot the bill, Brian created the site (with the help of many open source geniuses in the world), and Heather makes sure that the stuff we put out there makes us look somewhat intelligent.

We don’t know everything, but we sure want to have a nice safe place for you to look for answers from other people like you.
